1. Service Description

wulavibe ("the Service") provides a unified API gateway for accessing third-party large language models including DeepSeek, Qwen, and MiMo. The Service is operated by an independent provider and is NOT affiliated with any upstream AI model provider.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service for:

• Generating content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Engaging in fraud, scams, or impersonation of any person or entity
• Distributing malware, spam, or other malicious content
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Any activity that could harm the Service or its users

3. Prohibited Use Cases

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Content generation for terrorism, violence, hate speech, or religious discrimination
• Non-consensual intimate content or child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Fraudulent schemes, phishing, or social engineering
• Automated manipulation of public opinion or elections

4. Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and all activities under your account.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages.
